I got this from xtoolglobal.com mostly to help with diagnostic work on my car and a couple of my friends’ cars. So far, the fault codes it pulled were literally the same issues my mechanic ended up finding later, which made me feel good about it.
It’s not totally perfect though. A few of the menus took me a minute to figure out, and some of the wording is a little awkward. But when it comes to accuracy, it’s been solid for me. I’m giving it 4 stars because it works well, but it could still be easier to use.

Overall the tools are good and got the job done, but the software froze on me twice while I was setting it up, which was a little annoying

Not gonna lie, this was a frustrating experience. My order took way longer to arrive than they originally said, and the tracking info barely updated the whole time. I reached out to support, but they weren’t really much help. The wait was super annoying, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.
